Increasing the yield of metals from ores, concentrates, and waste rock by means of electro-hydroshocking magneto-impulse technology. Improving the quality of heavy oil, Electro-Hydro-Pulse Technology (EHPT) is the main technology for recycling electronics (extraction of gold, silver, palladium and other precious and rare metals) and used carbide cutters (extraction of cobalt and rare earth metal carbides). We are conducting experiments to enrich soils with beneficial minerals and nitrogen using minerals present in the soil (in a bound state) and nitrogen present in the air. We have experimentally proven the disinfecting effect of this technology on wastewater.

Electro-hydroshocking (EHS)

Contactless destruction of feedstock by means of shock waves and wedging impulse hydro-flows, creating selective disclosure of minerals along grain boundaries.

Magneto-impulse (MI) Activation

Allows the formation of microcracks throughout the whole area of each particle, increasing the interaction area during leaching and shortening processing time.

Ecological Purity

Complete absence of chemistry or hazardous substances. Conversion of dangerous materials occurs due to pH increase and radical formation.

Technology in Detail

Electro-hydroshocking (EHS) contactless destruction of feedstock ores, concentrates, technogenic wastes by means of shock waves and wedging impulse hydro-flows creates a selective disclosure of minerals along the boundaries of mineral grains.
Simultaneously, a conversion of dangerous and poisonous substances takes place due to the increase of pH and formation of short-lived radicals (relevant for technogenic wastes).
Magnetite-impulse (MI) activation of flotation concentrates, gravity concentrates, gravity tails allows the formation of microcracks throughout the whole area of each particle, which increases the area of interaction of dilutions with the metal during leaching, and the leaching time is shortened and the yield of metals extraction to dilution is increased.

Our industrial complexes allow:
To grind ores of standard sizes 0,4-150 mm (obtained after the first large crushing) up to particles of 0,1-0,8 mm, optimal for maximum selection for further use at the stage of "enrichment";
To regulate the grinding of feedstock material up to a different granulometric composition;
To use closed cycle from processing the feedstock to obtaining a final product, which ensures ecological purity of the technology;
Maximize the disclosure of ore of expensive metals, which previously did not represent economical interest due to the low content of metals in the mineral rock;
To ensure significant energy savings, as well as complete absence of use of chemistry or hazardous and poisonous substances;
To comply with small-scale hardware design of technological processes, to ensure low capital costs when scaling up the production modules to increase production capacity of highly demanded products.
